Root Elixirs was founded by Dominique, a hospitality professional with about 15 years of experience working in bars and restaurants across California, from Sacramento and Chico to San Francisco, and eventually back home to the Central Coast.

After years behind the bar, Dominique kept coming back to the same observation: the care that makes a great cocktail, fresh citrus, balanced flavor, thoughtful ingredients, rarely makes it into people’s everyday lives.
