Returns & Exchanges

Because we are a consignment shop, our return policy is a bit different from traditional retail stores.
All items are sold on behalf of independent artists and makers, and we ask that you review the information below before making a purchase.

Returns

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:

• Exchange requests must be made within 15 days of purchase
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Exchanges must be for another item from the same vendor
• Proof of purchase is required

If a suitable replacement item from the same vendor is not available, we are unable to offer an exchange.

Handmade Items & Defects

We proudly feature handmade goods and original art, and part of what makes these items special is that each piece is unique. Natural variations in color, texture, shape, or finish are a normal part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

If you believe your item has a true defect (such as a structural issue or flaw in workmanship), please contact us within 7 days of purchase (or delivery for online orders). We’re happy to review the issue and work with you to find a solution.

Because all items are sold on consignment, defect concerns are handled case by case and may involve the original artist or maker.

If a defect is confirmed, we may offer:

• An exchange for the same item, if available
• An exchange for another item from the same vendor
• Or assistance connecting you directly with the artist or maker

Items must be unused and in original condition for evaluation. Refunds are not offered, except where required by law.

After 15 Days

After the 15-day exchange window has passed, all sales are considered final. At that point, we encourage customers to contact the vendor directly with any questions or concerns. When possible, we’re happy to help provide vendor contact information.
